Why counselling outside?

Nature based therapy is a beautiful gently practice and it can be a particularly useful way of working if you have previously found counselling in an enclosed room difficult.

Nature offers us a safe space to process and make sense of sometimes difficult thoughts and feelings. As we walk, sit or stand in a natural environment we invite Nature into our session to explore what you are bringing. Often metaphors arise in Nature which allows us to uncover unconscious connections and make powerful changes.
