Counselling is a talking therapy where you meet with a counsellor in a safe environment to explore your worries, concerns or problems. Although a ‘talking therapy’ often big shifts happen in silent moments. Your struggles may stem from experiences in your past, from your current life or from fears about your future.
As an integrative counsellor I meet you where you are, without judgement. I use different counselling tools which enable me to select the appropriate type of counselling which is as unique and individual as you are. Together we will gently explore what has brought you to counselling and agree on how we will work together. You are always the ‘expert’ in the room. It is my aim to help empower you to find your own solutions to your difficulties which will enable you to move forward with your life with new clarity and confidence.
